YEAR 13 END OF YEAR AND RESULTS DAY INFORMATION
Fob & Lanyard:
Please can you make sure you hand in your fob and lanyard before you finish for the Summer. Please can you hand these in to the Exams / SIMS Office.
Handing in your fob before you leave is most important, as it needs to be returned to the IT department. You will be charged for the cost of a new fob if not returned.
Results Day:
You will be able to collect your results from 9am - 11am on Thursday 17th August.
If you are unable to collect your results and would like your results emailing to you, please click here to complete the relevant form.
Please return the form to Mrs Rainford at exams@westonroad.staffs.sch.uk or hand it into the Exams office prior to results day.
Alternatively, if someone collects your results on your behalf, you will need to confirm this in writing, naming the person who will be collecting your results. You will need to inform them that they will need to bring a form of Photo ID with them to confirm who they are.
Destination information:
You will need to give your destination information in on results day if you are attending. If not, please email Mr Hickinbotham at mhickinbotham@westonroad.staffs.sch.uk with this information.
